| Comments: This is Lil Charlie. He is a 42lb, 7 year old Shiba Inu mix. When we found him, he was chained to a tree where he stayed for 24 hours a day. If you click on Extra Pictures and Media you can see the huge chain he had wrapped around his little neck. Because of the issues he grew up with, he is very protective of what he sees as ?his space and he will defend it. Once out of his personal space, he is very loyal, loving and affectionate. However, due to this over protectiveness, he is unavailable for adoption right now.
